Development process
- Through market research, we accurately understand customer needs and propose products that satisfy them.
- From product design to prototype evaluation, we utilize our TRIS know-how to create unique, high-quality products in accordance with in-house processes.
- Our in-house design of equipment and jigs (including production methods) enables us to pursue production efficiency and quality.
Manufacturing flow (example)
- Only items that pass each inspection item, including the inspection at the time of receiving raw materials, are sent to the next process.
- In each production process, we conduct regular quality checks using measuring machines, cameras, and skilled employees to ensure early detection of abnormalities and thorough control of changes.
